"I’m Mike. I’m from Louisville. I had a general extraction done. When I first walked in the practice, I felt at home. I mean, they were very nice, very comforting. The doctor I had here was very attentive. He listened to my questions, he explained the procedure, and put me completely at ease. My procedure went so well. It was like a day and I was good to go.
